MONITOR Stage VI will implement various equipment that was not placed in operation during the five previous stages, including the last 15 of 120 ramp meters. An Independent Software Advisor will assist in the oversight and direction of all TOC software development activities. MONITOR Software was upgraded to make the existing system year 2000 compliant.
