Supporting programs for Enabling Information Marketing and Education are transit/carpool Availability; construction updates; incidents/emergencies; weather; schedules/delays; real-time schedule information; and accessible, timely, personal format. Supporting programs for Enabling Technologies are navigation, Internet, GPS, networks, decision support, wireless communications, e-payment, and networks.
